How do I log in?

If you received an email or text message from us:

  1. Click on the link in the email or text message.
  2. Once the link opens, click "View Bill Details."
  3. You will be prompted to verify your identity using a combination of your date of birth, Social Security number, and/or account number. The options will vary based on what data we have on file for you.

If you visited the payment site directly:

  1. Enter the bill ID located in the upper right corner of your statement.
  2. You will be prompted to verify your identity using a combination of your date of birth, Social Security number, and/or account number. The options will vary based on what data we have on file for you.
